FAQ's

Do I need a credit card to gain access to my trial server?

Yes, all VPS servers need a valid credit card for the free trial access.

Will you automatically charge my credit card on the six day?

If we are notified before the end of the 5th day that you do not wish tot continue you will not be charged and your server will be terminated.

If I am happy with your service do I need to do anything?

If after 5 days you wish to continue using your VPS server simply do nothing.
If you do not notify us that you do not wish to terminate before the end of the 5 day you will simply be charged for your appropriate term.

If sign up for a 12 month term will I be charged up front?

Yes, all terms are charged up front.

Does this mean that if I signed up for 12 months and cancel on the third month that I will lose the remainder?

Yes, but only if your cancellation is not due to service related problems. If you incur more than 2 hours of network downtime within a given month you would be credited the remainder of the term.

Can I Install custom software?

You have full root access to your VPS system. You're allowed to modify any area of the VPS server that you wish. Please do keep in mind that these are unmanaged servers and if you break something the only assistance you will receive from us is a clean install.

Do you allow adult content to be hosted?

We allow all legal content.

Can I run a gaming server on one of your VPS plans?

You have full root access. As long as your gaming server software is compatible with Linux you're ready to go.

Do you oversell your VPS servers?

Absolutely not. In fact we couldn't even if we wanted. We are using Xen 3.0 and it does not allow us oversell any service.

Do you offer any other control Panel other than VHCS?

No. We only offer VHCS in our VPS environments. Please keep in mind that your are welcomed to install any other control panel that you wish. You do have full root access.

I know the servers are unmanaged, but what if I need help with your VHCS control panel?

Once again these are unmanaged servers and we do not offer any assistance. We recommend that you visit www.vhcs.net community for assistance.
